Well the latest self-appointed crackpot to emerge supposedly representing the "Grassroots" you know, the little people, is Alice Linahan.
Linahan is in reality a real estate agent and judging by what we find on her on the 'net, I wouldn't buy a used house from this gal. Linahan has this vacant quality in her face, sort of like the dopey looking gals on those 'Summer's Eve' TV ads.
Now she fancies herself as part of the "new media" for the far right. But her reach seems pretty limited. Crazy people seem to talk only to themselves - whether it be on the internet or in downtown Houston.
So far, she has attacked Speaker Straus, Lt. Governor Dewhurst and a host of others with misstatements and false facts. She even defended the brainless twit in a radio interview who said there were "Too many Mexicans in the Texas Legislature."
Linahan has whined about candidates including Dewhurst who fail to show up a candidate forums to be tortured by her ilk - then they do a straw poll and vote for some nutjob also ran who normal people know will not be our next Senator or Congressman or whatever.
Clearly Linahan needs a new career, since she seem to be unhappy selling condos to newcomers based on her political mischief she stirs up (maybe she hates to sell houses to black and mexicans, or is ticked off that redlining is against the law, who knows), but new media ain't her for-tay.
So in naming her "Conservative Bonehead of the Month," we suggest poor unhappy Alice consider being a product pitch person for things that seem to fit that vacant look on her face and her lack of gray matter between her ears:
There! That's much better! Congrats Alice on being our newest Conservative Bonehead and on being such a douche!

The latest from Bonehead Conservative #1
Well, Bonehead #1 was busy over the weekend...
Donna Garner took it upon herself to define the conservative agenda! All by herself, bless her heart! And that is where it really gets funny and crazy. Seems she has decided that Joe Straus must not only be voted out as Speaker, but out of his House seat as well - and has set it upon herself to do this - despite the fact she is not a Bexar County resident not a resident of Rep. Straus' house district.
As usual her rants are long and laborious and nonsensical. But here are a few gems worth mining out and setting the record straight on:
"Speaker Straus is not supposed to approach House members with his pledge card until after the last Special Session is completed. Right now is the time for all of us to tell our House members assertively that we do not want them signing Straus’ pledge card."

"Speaker Straus is not supposed to approach House members with his pledge card until after the last Special Session is completed. Right now is the time for all of us to tell our House members assertively that we do not want them signing Straus’ pledge card."
FACT: Donna Garner's statement is false. The rules of the Texas House state a Speaker candidate cannot solicit pledge cards until the regular session has ended, the rules say nothing about the last special session. (Source: Texas House Rules, Page 9, http://www.house.state.tx.us/_media/pdf/hrrules.pdf).
"Question: Why did the leadership in the Texas Legislature champion an SBOE redistricting map that will make it almost impossible for our conservative SBOE members to be re-elected?
Statement: We voters on Nov. 2, 2010 thought we were electing conservatives to the Legislature, but the House leadership has voted as if they are trying to get rid of every conservative voice."
FACT: These Donna Garner statements are also false. Every Republican member of the State Board of Education was drawn a district they can win re-election in. In fact, 8 of the 11 Republican incumbents were given stronger Republican districts than the map that Donna Garner claims was the 'Conservative map." Of the 3 remaining Republican districts, two of these districts are safely Republican at 57.5% and 61.9% each. The remaining Republican district (SBOE district #1) was carried by Attorney General Abbott in his 2010 re-election campaign, showing a good, qualifed Republican can win this district.
"Question: Who is responsible for deliberately drawing the Senate redistricting map in such a way that Senator Brian Birdwell is put at a disadvantage?"
FACT: Donna Garner is wrong again. Senator Birdwell was given a safely Republican seat; In 2008, Senator McCain polled 62.99% for President and Senator Cornyn received 61.32% in Birdwell's new district. The area that Senator Birdwell gained in Tarrant County (where Senator Birdwell was raised) will allow the 10th Senate District to be won by a Republican in 2012.
"Question: Why did the Straus leadership team not make sure that the anti-sanctuary cities bill was one of the first bills to get to Gov. Perry’s desk?"
FACT: Donna Garner is wrong and misleading. During the regular legislative session, the Sanctuary Cities Bill (H.B. 12 by Solomons) passed the Texas House on May 10th by a vote of 100 - 47 (House Record Vote #891). The bill died in the Texas Senate. But now it may pass and become law in the special session.
Question: Why did it take almost the entire legislative session to get the sonogram bill passed when there has been a consensus for this bill for months?
FACT: The Sonogram Bill (H.B. 15 by Miller) passed out of the Texas House on March 3rd. The legislation was stalled in the Senate for two months and did not pass the Senate until May 3rd. The House quickly passed the bill with Senate changes again on May 5th and the Governor signed it into law on May 19th. Donna Garner either does not have her facts straight or is deliberately misleading people.
There are perhaps at least a dozen more factual errors or misstatements about Texas law, public policy or the legislative process in her latest rant. We can only hope she is doing some serious drinking before writing such lunacy - that's a problem that can be addressed as opposed to other possible reasons for such false and inaccurate nonsense being emailed around.
Readers should keep in mind one thing when reading Donna Garner's nonsense: It is best taken from the good book:
There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers. - Proverbs 6:16:19

Meet Texas' Top Bonehead Conservative
This is Donna Garner. This is Donna Garner on crack. Well, not really. But when you read her rantings on the internet, you'd swear she's had her brains fried by illegal drugs given the wacko things she says and does. We like to be nice to little old ladies normally, but the venom and verbal poo spewing from her mouth and her keyboard just leaves us so much room to be cruel.
So you'll be hearing and seeing a lot of poor ol' Donna (or Bonehead #1, as we like to call her). PolitiFact has given her one "Pants on Fire" designation and we think there will be many more to come. She loves to spout nonsense over at "Women on the Wall" which is more like "Women off the Wall." We'll give you specific examples of the absurd and factually incorrect things she and they say and do very soon.
She was actually a public school teacher for three decades. We can only hope that some car wreck left her mentally impaired following her retirement. Otherwise, God help the children that had to put up with her crap. It makes you wonder how many of them are now long term guests with the Texas penal system thanks to Donna's personal 'charms' in the classroom.
This is just a downright nasty person and as Conservatives, we're embarrassed to have her among our ranks.
Much more to come on Bonehead #1...
